This notice describes the mailing-list features currently built into the Should Be Fine Studios website.

What the form saves

Your email address, the time you signed up, your consent to receive studio and game news, and a protected management token. We ask only for your email address.

Where it goes

Signups are stored in this site’s private database on the Sites hosting platform. The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. It does not currently send signups to an email marketing provider or send confirmation emails.

What signing up means

You are asking for Should Be Fine Studios news and game updates, including Black Friday Battle Royal. The checkbox is optional and starts unchecked; joining the list requires you to choose it.

Changing your mind

After a new signup, the confirmation shows a private management link. Keep that link: it lets you delete your email and signup record directly. Treat it like a password and do not share it.

Cookies and technical data

The site does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The hosting platform may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. The signup endpoint temporarily stores a hashed network identifier and attempt count to limit spam; expired counters are removed on subsequent signup requests.

Before public launch

The studio’s privacy contact, retention policy, and any future email provider details still need to be finalized. This site is currently a private studio preview.
